PERMANENT POSITION:
Our respected client in Bournemouth is looking for an enthusiastic and helpful ASP.NET Web developer to join their team.

As a company, they have a close knit group, whose tasks vary between product development, usability work, small features for client sites and general support.  

As the successful candidate, you will therefore need a broad skill set to include HTML, jQuery and CSS but primarily ASP.NET (VB) in Visual Studio and SQL Server.  Previous experience with Linq and working with APIs would also be advantageous.

A proportion of your time will be spent working on the clients' Content Management System, Dub3 which increasingly makes use of extensive jQuery to create dynamic, user friendly interfaces.  You will therefore require ADVANCED knowledge of jQuery and some understanding of usability.

In addition, the Bournemouth team handles day-to-day support directly with clients, varying between recent systems and relatively old legacy systems.  You will therefore require a good level of initiative and problem solving skills and to be comfortable talking to clients directly and taking responsibility for small projects.

The ability to work in a team and good communication skills will be paramount to your successful application and If you want a job that gives you variety of work, this one will be hard to beat.
